OM • Cacao • Heart • Connection A One-Day Heart-Centered Workshop Join us for a day of connection, reflection, movement, and heart-centered awareness. This workshop brings together cacao exploration, heart-opening yoga, mindful practices, and an OM attunement. OM is explored as a sacred vibration and the frequency of Divine Love, offering an opportunity to connect more deeply with presence, compassion, and the heart. Throughout the day, we will explore: - Cacao and mindful connection with plant medicine - Heart-centred awareness - Gentle, heart-opening yoga - Breath, meditation, and reflection - The energy and vibration of OM - Attunement to OM - Connection and supportive community - Space to slow down, listen inward, and receive *No previous yoga or Reiki experience is required.
