Accessible Yoga Classes For Every-Body!
A little about me
About
My name is Angela
a yoga teacher, Reiki master, community builder, and mother of three, rooted in the belief that wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and deeply human.
My path into yoga began not from a desire to perfect poses, but from a need to care for my nervous system, soften my body, and find steadiness through seasons of motherhood, grief, growth, and change. Yoga became a way home — a practice of listening inward, honoring cycles, and rebuilding trust with my body.
With over a decade of teaching experience, I offer trauma-informed, heart-centered yoga that meets people where they are. My classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, strength, and rest, with an emphasis on nervous-system regulation, functional strength, and embodied awareness. I teach yoga for many stages of life — including prenatal and postnatal mothers, seniors and chair yoga participants, children and youth, and those seeking gentle yet supportive practices for healing and resilience.
Alongside yoga, I am a certified Reiki Master and integrate energetic awareness, grounding practices, and intuitive care into my work. Whether guiding a class, holding space in circle, or offering one-on-one sessions, my intention is always the same: to create a safe, nurturing container where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their own bodies.
Through Kanoo Wellness and its community offerings, I am devoted to weaving together movement, healing, and connection — supporting individuals and families in building sustainable wellness practices that fit real life.
Yoga, for me, is not about doing more — it’s about carrying less.
