Join us for a powerful afternoon devoted to the cyclical wisdom of womanhood.
This is a day to celebrate what it means to be woman — to be Shakti, the Divine Feminine in motion. A day to be courageously brave, outspoken, raw, and beautifully authentic. A day to remember the strength that rises when women gather together.
Through gentle Shakti Yin Yoga, we soften and open.
Through a guided Reiki-infused Sound Bath Meditation, we restore and receive.
Through voice activation and song, we awaken expression and truth.
We’ll nourish the body with herbal tea, connect across generations, and honour the wisdom carried by the Maiden, the Mother, the Wild Woman, and the Crone.
